Shape Architects and Project Management (Pty) Ltd provides architectural, Dev-Co’s and Project Management service from Inception to commissioning and operations.
This includes project structures (Prop-Co’s and Op-Co’s), briefing, concept designs, council and statutory submissions, tender documents, construction drawings, contracts and procurement, site supervision and contract administration, feasibility and bankable documents (should funding in the form of equity or debt be required) and commissioning.

Peet Steynberg
Peet completed his Master’s in architecture at Tshwane University of Technology and worked for various firms completing projects in South Africa and Africa. The project he worked on varies in scale and complexity.
His fortes are healthcare design, construction, contract documentation, architectural presentation and the delivery of projects
Apart from his family, Peet’s greatest pride is his passion for architecture and design.
Eugene van Heerden
Eugene started his career at Hospital Design Group and has since found a passion for the healthcare industry in both private and public sectors.
During his 12 years’ experience he has obtained his B-tech in architecture and has grown into the role as design and project manager.
Eugene’s speciality fields are design, contracts and business modelling for the construction of private healthcare facilities.
